A New Chapter for EMAS
The congress welcomed Professor Petra Stute as the new EMAS President. In her inspiring address, she reflected:
“I feel very, very honoured to be elected as President of EMAS. We already have many ideas, and our first board meeting started at 7:15 the next morning!
I thought — we have done so much in education, webinars, and podcasts — but we can do more together in research.
That’s why our new motto is:
THRIVE – Turning Up the Heat on Menopause Research with Insight, Vision, and Heart.
I look forward to working with you over the next two years.”
What’s Next: EMAS 2027 in Gothenburg
Mark your calendars! The next EMAS Congress will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden, from 19–21 May 2027, under the theme:
Bridging Worlds: Interdisciplinary Dialogues Across Generations
We can’t wait to continue the conversation in Sweden, building on the momentum from Valencia.
