Its schools for doctors, allied health professionals and researchers provide up to date information on research and clinical practice. Learning is based on lectures, case studies and problem solving. The format is adapted to the topic and need of participants.

EMAS schools are undertaken in English. They may be organised by EMAS per se or in collaboration with other societies or partners and can be sponsored by educational grants.
